I've always loved accounting and taxes, dating way back to my very first class in bookkeeping as a junior in high school. Everything was so organized and balanced! Now, as a seasoned CPA, I know that nothing is really that way. Certainly not our tax laws!   

As much as I enjoy the messy complicated puzzle that comes with filing taxes, I recognize that for you, tax time often causes a great deal of stress. Not knowing what you owe, or what your refund is, or asking should you file an extension are experiences we all share, but also dread.    

My job is to help you get through tax time with as little anxiety as possible.  While I can’t work miracles, I can use my 30 plus years of experience to help you keep your tax bill as low as legally possible.  Whether it’s finding extra deductions, evaluating entity type or knowing what credits are available, I can help.  

If you are individual, a sole proprietor, a partnership or an S or C corporation, you’ve come to the right place.  I’ve prepared well over 1,000 returns, and my experience can help you get your taxes filed. We can work together to plan for your tax bill and get ahead of the game with the IRS.    

As a founder of a medium sized CPA firm outside Nashville, Tennessee in 2011, we grew our firm revenue by 5 times and added over 30 employees in just 10 years. After such exponential growth, I realized I wanted to get out of the managing partner (ala administrative) duties and get back to the real tax and accounting work, with and for the people.    

So, I took a year long sabbatical, moved to Florida, and I’m ready to get to work with you!
